quick WIP pic of the models i`ve been working on lately:



i`ve just noticed that i missed some parts - will paint them when i`ll base the minis. and boy, i hatre those small bits on the back of them - glueing them was real pain in the ass...

yup Smiley . i realized that if i continue trying to paint an army to a showcase level i`ll never get it done. i decided to settle on visually satisfying but simple methods. I`ll spend more time on other models (but I`m still tempted to work a tad more on characters for my ELdar).

basecoated with VMC Green Brown, highlighted with p3 menoth white and p3 menoth white highlight Smiley . Here`s the early pic, before I`ve painted the arm and freehand.

this menoth white is not White at all .... rather Desert Yello .. or somthing ...  Shocked

IMO it is closer to bleached bone Smiley . the yellow tone on the guns come from green brown .

Damn you Bro! you've just tempted me to paint some of my orcs for our WH40k battles -as for your eldars I like dark colour scheme- I won't be able to paint such a TT
